This song is great, but I really wonder why its sound quality is much better than those songs recorded around the same time? (I mean the anthology version. Is it remade? If so, why didn’t they do it to the other songs and albums?)

I think the Beatles gave away “Like dreamers do” to the Applejacks, one of the Liverpool bands managed by Brian Epstein, and it was a hit in 1964, I haven’t checked anything, it’s pure memory so correct me if I’m wrong!

I just FINALLY hear this song on the Anthology I album and with all my heart I’d say, naively… This is BLOODY GOOD for an original song written while Paul was 15!

When I heard it the first time, I thought it was another one of those Rock n’ Roll number that they covered and performed during the Clubbing days. When I learned that it is an original Lennon-McCartney, I was honestly astonished.

I know, some would say it’s sucks, but I don’t care – I LIKE IT!
