The Beatles were so Massive, that their world wide status requires no stone left unturned. Also he is actually very important, as he was there at the very beginning and if he had not mentioned what he had heard about Hamburg to Allan Williams, the Beatles or any of the Liverpool bands may never have gone to Germany. In The Beatles case, they may never have honed their sound into the winner it turned out to be.
